The Steel Grey range features tones blue and grey, similar to that of a stormy sky. Each piece has a unique powdered pattern determined by its position in the kiln during the firing process.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls.

Each piece of this collection has a unique and varied glaze. Slight irregularities in the glaze reflect the artisan nature of the product and are embraced.
