The Shell range is inspired by stones found in the rivers of Kiso Valley. A favourite of chefs for its textural qualities and rustic charm. Shell is referenced for the soft white appearance of the glaze. This kiln specialises in making 'Minoyaki' style tableware for restaurant and home use with a focus on a presentation style.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls.
