The Shell range is inspired by stones found in the rivers of Kiso Valley. A favourite of chefs for its textural qualities and rustic charm. Shell is referenced for the soft white appearance of the glaze. This kiln specialises in making 'Minoyaki' style tableware for restaurant and home use with a focus on a presentation style.

This beautiful Shell white rectangle plate can be used for serving sashimi, sushi, dumplings and rice paper rolls.
