Featuring a matte black glaze the Ibushi  range is designed and made in Gifu prefecture. Made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls.
