Made in small batches with fresh ginger, lime and lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce. Perfect with our dumplings as a dipping sauce or as a marinade for chicken, beef, pork or fish. A great way to dress an Asian salad or stir fry.

Ingredients: Fish sauce (anchovy (fish), salt, sugar), brown sugar, soy sauce (15%) (water, soya beans extract, wheat flour, salt, preservative (202), sugar, antifoam), fresh ginger (15%), lime juice, lemon juice.
