Featuring a vibrant blue glaze fading to white with converging lines on an organic shape. Each piece is unique determined by its position in the kiln during the firing process. Made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished in Japan.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls. Use for anything which has sauce accompaniments.
