Caramelised with lime juice and sprinkled with extra Thai lime leaf and coconut threads, our gourmet almonds are a crunchy delight.

Inspiration for use:

• Chop and add to baking - tarts, muffins, biscuits, and cakes

• Enjoy with a cold beer or glass of wine

• Ideal as a snack on the go

• Add to a sharing platter along with a variety of cheeses, fruits, sliced meat and crackers

• Try crushing and sprinkling on a hot baked brie or camembert with a drizzle of honey; serve with some crusty bread for dipping

• Roughly chop and add to salads - Asian inspired slaws, roasted pumpkin and cauliflower couscous, or a spinach salad with apple and feta

• Trying crushing up and sprinkling over Thai noodle or rice dishes

• For a healthier snack, stuff into a medjool date (after taking out the seed)
