VDLC fabrics are made using a shuttle machine rather than a mass production machine, which gives them a lightness and softness, as well as a natural, relaxed look that allows you to enjoy the changes that occur over time rather than deterioration.

Because the fabric is woven using a shuttle machine in Kurashiki that is over 100 years old, there are inevitably marks called "weaving marks" which at first glance look like fraying. We hope you will use the product, understanding that the weaving imperfections are proof that it was made on an old shuttle machine and are part of its character.

VDLC bags are handcrafted one by one by artisans, with simple designs that suit a variety of lifestyles. Canvas, which is often thought of as stiff and heavy, is woven in a unique process to create a light and soft 100% cotton bag. They are carefully and firmly crafted with the desire to "be a part of each individual's life for a long time." They are durable and can be washed, so you can rest assured that they will always be clean. 

The brand "VDLC" was launched in 2009 with the concept "Voler dans le ciel" (I want to fly in the sky).
