Sashimi Plate in Akane Grey glaze

The Akane Grey range consists of organic shapes inspired by the mountainous region of Gifu prefecture. A softly speckled grey is complimented by a strong border of matt copper tones. Taking inspiration from nature and 'wabi sabi' culture, they are renowned for their glass glazes and vivid colours.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls.
