Sashimi Plate in Akane Grey glaze

The Akane Grey range consists of organic shapes inspired by the mountainous region of Gifu prefecture. A softly speckled grey is complimented by a strong border of matte copper tones. Taking inspiration from nature and 'wabi sabi' culture, they are renowned for their glass glazes and vivid colours.

Traditionally used for sashimi but can be used for sushi, dumplings and rice paper rolls. This beautiful glaze makes any food look amazing.
